Rentiflow OS
Rental operations, run from one place.
Behind every Rentiflow experience is technology designed around rental operations. Rentiflow OS is coming later: the platform where the day is run — what is going out, what is coming back, what needs a vehicle and what is overdue — across every branch.
The problem
Booking details, vehicle status and customer records often live in different places, so answering a simple question — is this vehicle free, who is collecting at 10am — means checking several of them.
The Rentiflow solution
One workspace for bookings, fleet and customers, with a Today view built for the people running the counter and a fleet board showing the true state of every vehicle.
A look inside
The Today view: what needs doing, first.
Collections and returns in time order, bookings that still need a vehicle, overdue returns and fleet availability — in one screen.
Illustrative interface with sample data.

The outcome
Clearer visibility of the day, less time hunting for information, and a team working from the same picture.
Start anywhere
Start with one part, or connect them all.
Website, booking journey and automation work best as one connected journey, but none has to be bought in a set order.
FAQ
Rentiflow OS: common questions.
Is this a replacement for my current rental software?
Rentiflow OS is coming later. It's designed so businesses can start with a website or booking now and move onto the operations platform when it launches, once they're comfortable.
Does it work for multiple branches?
That's the plan. Fleet, pricing and bookings will be managed per branch, and staff can be limited to the branches they work at.
Can staff have different levels of access?
Yes — owner, manager and staff roles, with branch-level access so team members see what's relevant to them.
What does the Today view show?
Today's collections and returns, bookings that still need a vehicle, overdue returns and fleet availability — so the team can see what needs doing without checking several places.
